From Photography to Pastry

Hello, I'm Valerio!

My passion for baking was born in the heart of my parents' artisan pastry shop, a small laboratory where as a child I wandered among sacks of flour and sugar looking for the dessert of the day to steal.

Growing up I followed my passion for Cinema, studying photography, working in close contact with the technique and discipline of film sets, and totally immersing myself in the world of art and creativity.

Working as a food storyteller taught me that food is the cultural language and medium of a territory and its people. This insight led me back to the family lab, where I reproduce old recipes, refine them, modernise them, and develop new products.

Today, my mission is to carry forward a legacy of over thirty years of experience, continuing the traditions of the Monferrato region with the same passion and attention to quality that have always distinguished us.
